Thomas is a White Court Vampire, aka, he feeds on life force through people's lust. One of the bells and whistles that's a part of that is an unnatural allure (on top of being purely physically attractive) to people who are not currently in love or who have the mark of love on them (aka, their last relationship was one in which the two were in love).
The effect works cumulatively, building the more time you spend with him, and in weak-willed individuals, it can result in uncharacteristic behavior. This is not something he's doing consciously; he actually finds it frustrating most of the time and does his best to be gentle about letting people down. It also has nothing to do with your character's general preferences, though it will work to a greater degree if they are into men.
In the interest of RP free will (and because you know your character and their history better than I would!), this is an opt out for this ability to affect you. Keeping it simple:
I am A-OKAY with my character being affected by Thomas's allure at this time.
As a note: Melissa is from a similar brand of vampires but for them it has to be openly activated- so she's used to resisting such temptations when are directed at her. That being said, she's probably not used to it being like this so it'll probably affect her eventually, it just might take longer.
I also don't know if she has a life force to feed on anyway soooo

For the Nogitsune - Go for it. Not sure if he can feed on a spirit's life force, but if he can, have fun with it.
